  • Quickly resolve mission-critical technical and non-technical incidents with quality Infor application support.
  • Take advantage of self-service support 24x7 with direct access to a variety of support tools such as the Infor knowledge repository, software downloads, support briefings, and more.

Be a Part of the New Infor365 Community

The new Infor365 Support Community is a part of the Infor365 Online Support Portal.  It is a business networking site providing customers the opportunity to share ideas, best practices and experiences.

This Infor365 Community allows you to:

  • Create a profile and define areas of interest
  • Connect with others who share your interests
  • Join and participate in discussion groups related to your product
  • Read Blogs, respond to polls and more

 The Infor365 Support Community helps you network, communicate, and collaborate like never before. To begin participating in the community, simply go to Infor365 and login using the credentials for the Infor365 Online Support Portal. Then go to Community and select Infor365 Community.
